Add filesystem monitoring

Description

It'd be nice if the filesystem database would monitor the filesystem and automatically update when needed.

The trick here is that this needs to be integrated into the mainloop somehow.

Or, once the threaded stuff has been implemented, this could run as a sub-process of the scanner thread.
